A candle workshop includes a seat and all the supplies for one person to make a candle. During the class you will choose your favorite fragrance, vessel, then measure, mix and pour your very own candle in an instructor led class.

Duration:

Classes will last about 45minutes - 1 hour and then the candle will need 45 minutes to set enough to take home. During that time class participants can shop in our retail section for 20% off! Or grab a drink and a bite from one of our neighbors. If you don’t want to wait for your candle to dry we will hold it for 30 days, with a courtesy pick up reminder phone call.

Cancelation/ Late Policy:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked class. We understand that parking and traffic can be a challenge due to Wynwood being such a popular destination. In order to give our customers the best experience possible and ensure our classes are run smoothly we will not be able to accept late attendees who are more than 10 minutes late. We offer guests full refunds for cancelations to scheduled classes 48 hours (two days) in advance to their scheduled reservation. If you do not show for your class or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, no refund will be issued. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled class, full refunds will not be offered.

What to do while you wait:

Since our candles take 45 minutes to set, explore Wynwood. If you would like to check out some of our awesome neighborhood hot spots but aren’t sure where to begin, here’s what we recommend. Food; Le chick for casual American, Bakan for Upscale Mexican, or if you just want to grab a quick slice try Valentina's Pizza. To Do; Check out Wynwood Tribe a socially conscious store with up cycled clothes, or walk Wynwood walls to see graffiti art. Bars/ Lounges; Go dancing inside of Racket or sip cocktails on the rooftop of Astra!

Parking:

We understand parking in Wynwood can be difficult at times. With that in mind and if possible, we recommend ubering. If you drive, the Wynwood Garage is .3 Miles, a 7 min walk from our store and is open to the public for parking. It's $5 for the first hour $3 after that. The address is 2660 NW Third Ave, Miami, Fl 33127. See map pictured below.

There is also plenty metered parking a long the streets of Wynwood. Allow yourself extra time to find parking as your reservation will still start at your start time!

Age Requirements:

Participants must be 10 years and older with a parent signature if under 18. We do not allow children under 10 to our classes because participants are handling and pouring hot wax and mixing fragrance oils. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the workshop areas.
